Investor Relations
Onboarding investors without the paperwork bottleneck

We identify where AI removes cost and where it quietly adds risk.
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. If a smaller package is the right starting point, we will say so.
Overview
Subscription document processing is the point at which a successful fundraising conversation meets administrative reality. Documents arrive incomplete, signed in the wrong place, with mismatched entity names, missing supporting evidence or inconsistent tax elections. Each one requires manual review, a query back to the investor, and a further cycle before the commitment can be recorded.
For a fund closing several hundred investors, this becomes a genuine constraint on the close timetable. It also creates a poor first experience at precisely the moment the relationship is being formed, after an investor has made a decision and simply wants the process to be straightforward.
The Strategy
AI reads incoming subscription packs and extracts the relevant data: legal entity details, commitment amount, signatory authority, tax status, bank details, beneficial ownership and any elections made. Each extracted field is validated against the expected format and against the information already held, and any inconsistency or omission is identified immediately rather than at the end of a manual review queue.
The investor then receives a single clear, consolidated request for what is missing rather than a sequence of piecemeal follow ups. Completed data flows directly into the investor register, the compliance workflow and the capital account structure, with the onboarding status visible to the investor relations team and, where appropriate, to the investor themselves through the portal.

Results Driven
Time from document receipt to accepted commitment reduces materially, and the proportion of packs requiring multiple correction cycles drops because issues are identified in full on the first pass. The close timetable becomes more predictable, which matters when the fundraising team is coordinating several closes.
Investors experience an onboarding process that reflects the sophistication of the manager they have just committed capital to. The operations team handles a higher volume without additional headcount, and the data entering the register is cleaner, which reduces downstream reporting and compliance friction for the life of the fund.
