Meeting regulatory reporting obligations without manual assembly

We identify where AI removes cost and where it quietly adds risk.
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. If a smaller package is the right starting point, we will say so.
Overview
Regulatory reporting obligations have multiplied across jurisdictions, and each filing draws on data that already exists somewhere in the firm. Regulatory returns, marketing notifications, investor transparency reporting and industry standard templates each require the same underlying facts arranged differently, to different deadlines, with different definitions.
The assembly is manual in most firms, and it is performed by people whose expertise lies in interpreting the obligation rather than in copying figures between systems. That is an expensive way to produce a filing and a fragile one, because a single transposition error can require a resubmission and an explanation.
The Strategy
Each reporting obligation is mapped to its source data, field by field, with the applicable definition recorded alongside. AI assembles each filing from those sources, applies the definitional treatment required by that specific regime rather than a generic one, and populates the required format.
Validation is applied before anything is submitted. Figures are checked against the prior period, cross checked between related fields, tested against the regulator's published validation rules and compared with the firm's own reported data elsewhere. Anything anomalous is flagged with an explanation of why it looks unusual. The compliance officer reviews, challenges and approves, and the full assembly trail is retained for inspection.

Results Driven
Filing preparation time falls significantly, and the rate of resubmission falls with it. Compliance professionals spend their time on interpretation and judgement, which is where regulatory risk actually sits, rather than on data assembly.
The firm also gains a clear map of which data feeds which obligation. When a regime changes, the impact can be assessed directly rather than discovered during the next filing cycle, and expansion into a new jurisdiction becomes a mapping exercise rather than a new manual process.
