Keeping one fundraising narrative across every document and conversation

We identify where AI removes cost and where it quietly adds risk.

Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. If a smaller package is the right starting point, we will say so.

Overview

A fundraise produces a large volume of material under time pressure, authored by different people for different audiences. Pitch decks, private placement memoranda, track record analyses, questionnaire responses, investor letters and meeting scripts all describe the same firm, and they do not always describe it in the same way. Discrepancies are rarely deliberate and almost always damaging.

Institutional investors read this material closely and compare it. A performance figure calculated on a different basis in two documents, a strategy description that has quietly evolved, or a team biography that no longer matches the organisational chart all create doubt about the underlying operational discipline of the manager.

The Strategy

All outward facing fundraising material is brought into a single reviewed set, with a defined source of truth for every recurring claim: performance figures, team composition, strategy description, target returns, fee terms and market positioning. AI reads across the full document set and identifies where the same fact is stated differently, where a claim appears without support, and where language has drifted between versions.

That review then becomes continuous rather than a one off exercise. New material is checked against the approved positions before it leaves the firm, with inconsistencies surfaced to the author at the point of drafting. Where a position genuinely changes, the change is propagated deliberately across the document set rather than fixed in one place and forgotten in six others.

Results Driven

The firm presents a single coherent account of itself. Investors performing detailed diligence find the materials reconcile, which removes a category of friction that is easy to avoid and expensive to explain away once discovered.

Internally, the drafting process becomes faster because authors are working from approved language rather than reconstructing it. Compliance review shortens because the material arrives consistent, and the marketing and investor relations functions spend their time on positioning rather than on reconciliation.
