The GP & Executive View
Giving the partnership one answerable view of the firm

We identify where AI removes cost and where it quietly adds risk.
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. If a smaller package is the right starting point, we will say so.
Overview
Senior partners rarely lack data. They lack access to it on the timescale on which decisions are actually made. A question asked in a Monday partners meeting typically becomes a request to an analyst, a day of work, and an answer that arrives after the discussion has moved on.
The questions themselves are not exotic. How much dry powder remains across the platform. Which investors have not committed to the current fund but did commit to the last two. What the concentration looks like by sector and vintage. Where fee income lands over the next four quarters. Each requires joining data across systems, which is precisely why it takes a day.
The Strategy
A unified data layer is established across the fund administration record, investor register, pipeline, portfolio monitoring and financial systems, with clear definitions for every metric so that the same question always produces the same answer. AI sits on top of that layer and translates natural language questions into queries against it.
Answers are returned with their working shown. Every figure names its source system, the date it was drawn, and the definition applied, so a partner can interrogate a number rather than simply receive it. Access follows existing permissions, so what each person can ask about matches what they are entitled to see, and every query is logged.

Results Driven
Decision cycles shorten because the analysis happens in the meeting rather than after it. Partners ask follow up questions, test alternatives and reach a conclusion in a single session, which changes the quality of the discussion as much as its speed.
Analyst capacity is released from repetitive data assembly toward genuine analysis. The firm also develops a shared and consistent understanding of its own numbers, which sounds unremarkable until you have sat in a meeting where three people cite three different figures for the same metric.
