Investor Relations
Answering investor queries at institutional standard and institutional speed

We identify where AI removes cost and where it quietly adds risk.
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. If a smaller package is the right starting point, we will say so.
Overview
Investor relations teams absorb a steady volume of enquiries that are individually straightforward and collectively overwhelming. Capital account balances, distribution timing, tax documentation, valuation methodology, portfolio updates and administrative changes arrive continuously, and each one requires someone to locate accurate information before replying.
The service expectation has risen considerably. Institutional investors, and increasingly wealth and family office allocators, expect the responsiveness they receive from other financial relationships. For a lean investor relations function supporting several hundred investors across multiple vehicles, meeting that expectation manually is not realistic.
The Strategy
AI is connected to the systems that hold the answers: the fund administration record, the investor register, the document repository and the reporting suite. When a query arrives, it is classified by type and urgency, the relevant investor's position and history are retrieved, and a draft response is prepared with the underlying figures cited and linked to source.
Human control is retained deliberately. Routine, factual queries are drafted for one click review and release. Anything touching valuation judgement, side letter terms, tax advice or a sensitive relationship is routed to a named individual with the supporting analysis attached rather than answered automatically. Every response, drafted or escalated, is logged against the investor record.

Results Driven
Response times fall from days to hours, and consistency improves because every answer draws on the same underlying data rather than on whoever happened to pick up the query. Investors receive answers that are complete on the first exchange, which reduces the follow up traffic that consumes a surprising proportion of the team's capacity.
The investor relations function also gains visibility of its own workload for the first time. Query volumes, themes and response times become measurable, which allows the team to fix recurring causes at source rather than answering the same question four hundred times a year.
